Silk Way Rally 2016 Finish Ceremony in Beijing

On July 24, 2016, the Finish Ceremony of the sixth edition of the Silk Way Rally was held in Beijing. Competitors crossed the sands of the Gobi Desert and Tien Shan mountains on their way towards the finish in the Chinese capital’s iconic Tian’anmen Square.
Key tasks completed:
Preparation of layouts, maps and 3D visualization of dedicated construction and decoration; construction of interview and photo zones
Monitoring the contractors, responsible for the installation of video and audio equipment
Selection of promotional staff
guest service, competitors’ service, media accreditation
Organization and coordination of promotional events of the Customer's partners in the framework of the main event
Guest transportation services. Hotel booking. Reception and accompanying services for VIP guests and partners of the Client during the event
