Silk Way Rally 2016 Start Ceremony was held at the glorious Red Square in Moscow on July 8, 2016.
In 2016, competitors covered astonishing 10 734 kilometers across Russia, Kazakhstan and China just in two and a half weeks. 27 trucks and 110 cars entered this year’s race. The unique and adventurous rally route through forests and steppes of Russia, mountains of Kazakhstan and sands of the Gobi Desert made this race truly unforgettable.
Key tasks completed:
Preparation of layouts, maps and 3D visualization of dedicated construction and decoration; construction of interview and photo zones
Monitoring the contractors, responsible for the installation of video and audio equipment
Selection of promotional staff
guest service, competitors’ service, media accreditation
Design of gifts for event guests. Design, printing and distribution of guest invitations to the event
Organization and coordination of promotional events of the Client's partners in the framework of the main event
Guest transportation services. Hotel booking. Reception and accompanying services for VIP guests and partners of the Client during the event
