Silk Way Rally 2017 Start Ceremony

This time, the Silk Way Rally acquired the status of a transcontinental rally marathon. The participants completed the route from Moscow to Xi’an – the oldest city of Chinese civilization. The multi-stage racing adventure led participants through the forests of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Chelyabinsk Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, towards the Kazakh steppes and to the finish among the world’s highest dunes of the Gobi Desert.
Silk Way Rally Start Ceremony took place on July 7 at Moscow’s Red Square.
Key tasks completed:
Preparation of layouts, maps and 3D visualization of dedicated construction and decoration; construction of interview and photo zones
Monitoring the contractors, responsible for the installation of video and audio equipment
Selection of promotional staff
guest service, competitors’ service, media accreditation
Design of gifts for event guests. Design, printing and distribution of guest invitations to the event
Organization and coordination of promotional events of the Client's partners in the framework of the main event
Guest transportation services. Hotel booking. Reception and accompanying services for VIP guests and partners of the Client during the event
